I received a $100 gift card for Christmas and loaded it to my account just in case I lost the physical card. I used it once for a $15 item last week and then went to buy something today and the whole balance was gone. My purchase history even shows that I bought the $15 item with the gift card.The same thing happened to me and Sephora will not do anything for you…File a dispute with the bank of the credit card or debit card you used.
